Three agents are free for as long as you like. Pro is $20 a month for 10 agents and the mail they send, Scale is $200 for 150, and a phone number is $5 a month on either.

Questions
How do agents past the plan work?
Pro includes 10 agents and Scale 150. Each one beyond that is $2 a month on Pro and $1 on Scale, added to your bill for the part of the month that is left. Delete one and the charge stops the same way.
What counts as an email?
Each message an agent sends. Mail it receives is not counted, and neither is anything that arrives by webhook.
What happens when I use more than the plan includes?
On Free, sending pauses until the first of the next month, and the agent is told why. On Pro and Scale, sending carries on and the extra is billed at the end of the month: $1 per 1,000 emails, 2¢ a text and 5¢ a call minute. As a guard against a runaway agent, that extra stops at the price of your plan each month, $20 on Pro and $200 on Scale, and sending pauses until the month resets. Receiving keeps working the whole time, so nothing sent to your agent is lost.
Can I move between Pro and Scale?
Whenever you like, from Settings. Stripe charges or credits the difference for the part of the month that is left.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, from Settings. You go back to Free at the end of the period you paid for. Your agents keep their addresses and their mail, and you can keep using 3 of them.
Do I need a phone number?
Only if a service insists on texting a code or calling. Most of what an agent needs arrives by email.

Scale covers 150 agents and adds more at $1 a month each. Beyond a few hundred, or if you need invoicing or a data processing agreement, write to support@zeroidentity.app.
